I don't see any significant different from... Let's say kit kat and nougat...

Bought another grey 350$ ds from Dubai, By not continue with both for another 5 years.

It's the entire package of features not found in 99% of other curvy flagship phones that made me choose the V20 and recommend it to those who truly value substance and features over fragile, faddish looks. And no, I am not like you who can't afford 2TB cards when they do arrive. I currently have Sandisk 200 GB sdxc card right now on my V20 and it's an authentic one. Not some cheap $18 fake ones sold on ebay that get corrupted even before getting to 1/8th of their supposed rated fake storage capacity. I would have gotten the largest 256gb one if it were available and not overkill for my needs.

2) When they are, I'm sure you're not going to be able to afford it.
I hope no one actually bought a V20 because "it supports micro SD cards up to 2TB". And if you did I sure hope you're not bragging about that "feature" and it's a ridiculous argument if you think it somehow makes your V20 "future proof". Even the LG G3 was boosted as being able to support 2TB cards and 2TB cards still aren't available and who wants a G3 these days?
Tahir Afzal, 08 Sep 2017Hi @all LG Fans Please guide the people into the right directions, and also do mention Issues,... moreActually my V20 has none of the issues you mentioned. I'll share them here if I find one.

Otherwise, it is OK. In some third party remote apps like Anymote, you need to make a settings change to make Anymote remote app work. Go to Anymote's app settings, and turn on 'enable alternate ir commands' because it is off by default. The default settings for Anymote will work with Xiaomi phones but not for LG V20.
Anonymous, 08 Sep 2017I have the Mi Max. It doesn't have any Windows PC file transfer issues. When you connect your Mi max to pc, and tried to browse the photos on the phone using your pc, it will not show any files. This is correct right? This being asked in relation to LGV20 if it happens like this too.

You don't have to fill the internal memory to the brim causing slowdowns and bottlenecks as well as accelerated wear and tear. Nand memory is actually very reliable. You can copy, erase, copy and erase for more than 5 years and it shouldn't fail. Unless of course if you accelerate the process by doing the copy to the brim - erase cycle several times a day. No phone internal memory can withstand a month with that kind of abuse.

Game over for anyone who thinks they're going to use a V20 for more than 2 years because it gets worse over time. My G4's screen had terrible ghosting/retention by the 15 month mark.

Anonymous, 07 Sep 2017Never had an android phone that gets slower as the years go by. I believe the lag is primarily... moreALL phones slow down over time because there is degradation of the NAND memory that doesn't allow it to operate as fast when it was brand new. It degrades faster when the phones memory is almost full. It won't degrade to the point where it doesn't work at all (well, maybe over decades of time) but it does become noticeably less efficient after years of use. This is a given and scientific fact, google it.
Then there's the software issue, especially if 2-3 years from now your V20 is still stuck on Android 7.0 (very possible!) you will find newer apps slowing your phone down. LG's servers can detect how many V20's are out there and if there's not a wide enough spread then you can kiss updates good-bye. You can already see the V20 is definitely not on LG's priority list for updates.
