Karolus, 23 Oct 2017I think I may be able to help you on your dilemma. Most premium phones nowadays are using glas... moreHi,
thanks for your kind reply. I had already looked at those phones though but I feel that anyone of them lacks something compare to my current phone, Lumia 950.
I am really incapable of finding a metal or plastic phone who is equal to or better than that.
I actually liked some Asus models but they have an older processor and os, while the Moto Z series lacked autonomy. I am stuck.
Expected in India around 15th Nov 2017. wireless charger will be there.
Why not bleed in Q3 results, only one model V30 not properly shipped all over the world, on US as role model, other where animals live! If this continues, LG wud have to abandone mobile bussiness. No availability any where except US. Either their is inherent fault or failure of supply chain. But price is above 800$ ° Nonsense!
DeVille, 25 Oct 2017Hey, good to see more Dubai users here! Does your phone have any display issues? After reading... moreYeah it does in low brghtiness. Might be brighter than G6, but not that good screen to be honest, yeah some G6 has some screen issue some unit but still better than V30 for long run no burn in no other POLED Amoled issue like S8/ S8 plus reddish piniksh screen (used both by the way). IPS still better screen technology than POLED and Amoled understand that Samsung made IPhone x OLED, but it doesnÂ’t means that iPhone x has better screen than iPhone 8 plus espicailly when it comes to higher brghtiness heard that iPhone 8 plus with IPS still better under sunlight.
Launch in India Nov end or Dec 1st week, got a email from LG India for my inquiry. Have a G6 and love it, can't wait for v30 upgrade.
One single model V30 over 8 week's and no where to be seen. Only USA carriers, now sim free! What about dubai, it's also buying overseas and selling expensive. LG are Nuts? What happens, supply chain have failed or it's bad luck, these initial days LG could make money, now shortage, had ruined chances. So be it!
I've been trying to find out more about the DUAL sim version of LG V30 phones available (or will be) in various parts of the world (I would have to buy from overseas). They alll seem to provide up to 4g operation, but can anyone confirm that the second sim operates on at least a 3g network. Many dual sim phones generaly have the second dual sim restricted to 2g only (and 2g is being phased out soon in my country – Australia). I would have to import the phone.
I see some conflicting evidence on different websites detailing the V30 dual sim specifications. Has anyone have hands on proof of 3g (at least) capablitly for the second sim?
Like G6 , 24 Oct 2017Got it in naife for AED 2400 single sim varzion I think American. My advice donÂ’t buy it wait... moreOh no no no...you don't want that LCD on a flagship! Just go to a store and check the G6 next to S8- you'll know what I mean! It looks lifeless compared to Samsung Amoleds

Does your phone have any display issues? After reading all the Pixel 2 XL news last few days I'm quite concerned about the V30. What are your overall 1st impressions?
I should visit the stores of Bur Dubai & Deira- am sure they'll have the gray market units now.
Rimac , 24 Oct 2017Where there is no advertising, the truth shining. It ain`t gonna shine if those guys don`t lit up the candles.. good advertising attracts good people great advertising attracts all. It does not matter if the hardware is great but if it`s unknown to many it`s just another piece of work that will sit in the cubicle.
Gesapo, 21 Oct 2017It's available for 3000 AED at Crazy deals online store in Dubai, but wait it will come down t... moreGot it in naife for AED 2400 single sim varzion I think American. FeederEater, 23 Oct 2017Last year, Samsung spent $10 billion for advertising while LG spent $1 billion. Even though LG... moreThe advertising is what makes Samsung phones sell. 9 out of 10 phone ads on tv, internet, magazines, newspapers, billboards, etc. is Samsung. But I have to say that I have seen LG commercials on tv as well since the G6 launch. I hope LG can market this phone quite aggressively because itÂ’s what this phone deserves.
FeederEater, 23 Oct 2017Last year, Samsung spent $10 billion for advertising while LG spent $1 billion. Even though LG... moreDamn $10 billion just for advertisement alone?? Samsung could have just put that money to a really great product like making more great phones in mid range level but has tha flagship performance.. But we all know it wont happen basically if you put a high-end hardware specs to a midrange phone it becomes a flagship even if its all made of plastic. Then on the opposite side great quality build but hardware sucks. I like samsung and lg's phones and so as other android phones but the one I really love is sony xperia on a personal thought. Sony's flagship phones are great but the problem is the design. We all known design has a big impact to sell out accordingly secpnd is features and then hardware and build quality. Lg did a great job on the V30 its just expensive.. Even though its cheaper than any other phone that is priced over $1000.
