also Lg made this design first -_-
Samsung blah blah blah -_-
Nice package but it need to have 8gb ram and 6k battery for professional use
AnonD-416152, 03 Sep 2017international version lg v30 has fm rds radio Are you sure? Can you give me your source? I would be very happy if this is the case. I see on Italian and German LG website that it would have FM radio but everywhere else it is written that it wouldn't.
The LG V30 looks like a decent phone but why the poor front facing camera in a world full of people taking selfies????? Which is probably more common than people wanting to shoot a video in serpia.I rarely take selfies to be honest but LG should focus on what people really use their Phones for now days. For sure shooting videos in different styles is fun, but surely LG could have given this Phone a great front facing cam as well.
As for the design it looks so Samsung S8.If only The Note 8 wasn't around this Phone could possibly be doing bigger things. But it might still do if the price is right.
Waited for this because of the IR. No IR !!! Disappointed. Cannot remove battery? OMG
Lack of ir blaster and removable battery will make me keep the v20. Also left samsung because of lack ir blaster and removable batteries. But looks like LG wants to become like samsung.
Powerfull rear camera but worst at front camera like G6
Omg only 4gb ram again? Almost love this phone.. sad
LG is good. LG using snapdragon 835 chipset.
Samsung using Samsung exynos chipset. this processor is not good performance.
I switch carrier recently and switch phones as well had the LG V10 both me and my spouse had it and unfortunately both V10's phones suffered the dreaded boot loop issue, now me and spouse have a the Galaxy S8 so far so good no issues, not sure If I would go back to on purchasing LG phones we have to wait and see, is that LG and Samsung probably has been addressed, do a better job on their QA just not rushed a product. Hope both companies learned their lesson LG w/their boot loop issues and Samsung w/the Note 7 fiasco.
Nice size it's not as big as the Note8 so better to fit your pocket. I want to have this phone.
Hermes Hidayat, 02 Sep 2017At first glance i thought it was an S8 loolLg made the slim bezels with g6 earlier than Samsung with its S8...troll!
It is amazing how they fit all these components and made it weight only 158 grams. Definitely phone of the year.
HarryD, 03 Sep 2017Exactly. That guy was pretending like the bootlooping issue was make-believe. People get real ... moreGot myself an LG G4 H812 Canadian handset manufactured in June-July 2015. No issues whatsoever. No bootloop issue, no battery drain or heatup problem. I watch movies and my G4 goes from 100% to 88% approx when I've watch a movie for 55-65 mins already!!
V30 is just like Leo De Caprio's Inception movie portrayal of Cob.
Limbo = Bootloop
V30 = I've come back to remind of you something. Something, you once knew.
G4 = To convince me to honor our arrangement.
V30 = To take a leap of faith. Yes.
After that V30 wakes up with the flagship LG G series (G3, G4, G5 and G6), while V10 and V20 are James and Philipa. Of course G2 is the old man who came to get Cob at the airport lol.
P.S. Go watch inception movie end part on YouTube. This all will make sense then.

I checked the V30 at IFA exhbition BERLIN. It seems very good.
The only confusion I have, on the explnation sheet the memory slot is given as (UP TO 2TB) . and this is written on paper.
But I could not imagine how is possible as today the maximum micro SD card is 256 GB, probably its written wrong. The release dates are told to me as ~ end of october, beginning of Nov.
Anonymous, 03 Sep 2017No. LG had a bootloop issue since the g3 series and if they want to prosper they have to build... moreExactly. That guy was pretending like the bootlooping issue was make-believe. People get real defensive about their favourite brands on here, it's embarrassing. I have no loyalty to any brand. Like I said, I'd like to buy this phone, but I need to know the bootlooping issue has been resolved for good.
