Yeah, I got the refurbish with perfect condition for as low as $250 for the Korean KT model (it was unlocked and still receive update but I'm afraid to update because my device already rooted and unlocked bootloader)

Dual sim is the European variant(I guess locked to Sprint or some other operator) and I think it is not available anywhere maybe you can get a refurbished one. Also, I think Dual Screen is not available for the European variant.
I would recommend you to get the Korean model as it is unlocked and can be used anywhere in the world and any updates that come will be available for that model first. Also, you can get the dual-screen and brand new.
Sets coming from China/Hongkong/AliExpress/Ebay are refurbished ones. Ebay is selling mostly refurbished too apart from few sellers selling new ones. On Amazon, you can get brand new. Though few sites are selling refurbished and they are in good condition. But do your research as people are getting duped with bad sets wherein for few some sensors are not working. Check the reviews before placing the order.

is it ok if I update my phone (LM-V500N KT variant) but bootloader already unlocked and rooted? if I check update from my phone, I don't get any update but if I check with LG bridge from PC, I got new update (about 4,3 GB)

I live in south america and it updates just fine, even the LG radio app works.
Just waiting for the android upgrade, i also own a v30 that was also from alixp korean variant and that one got all the updates including android OS upgrade, until it went out of circulation in late 2019. (jan 2020 last update).
Shouldnt be different with US variants, maybe there are owners here with US variants working outside of US.
