I want to know why the message icon(Envelop)appears in the W-3000 screen some times even without any messgaes in the inbox & outbox.This happened to me twice in the last six months & managed to get rid of it with the assistance of service centre personnel in Abu Dhabi.I have misplaced the proceedure that I wrote it down.I'm wondering why this problem is happening & would like to know how to get rid of it.I heard that one solution is to upgrade the software of the phone.How to do it?Pls advise.

I have purchased LG W3000 mobile six month before, warranty for the battery and adaptor is over last month.
two days before my travel adaptor has gone its not working...now the battery is also not stable.I want to know where i can get those parts.
And i am very much disappointed on the accessories.it is perfect only for six month.

My LG w3000is not working.. there is only a blue screen when I connect to charger. there is no service station in kuwait? is it the problem of battery?

I've a Problem with that Phone, I can't make download for Ring Tones through the Computer! I have data Cabls and The Original CD for Model 5300. I Can Transfer data from Phone to PC and Vice Versa. But Ring Tone NO !! can any kind Person help me ?
