sir, i have purchased this model from dubai last year and now i am facing some problem with this mobile.whenever i get a missed call to which i am unable to recieve at the very moment the set indicates only missed call but when i enter to see the number it displays HANDSET SAVE ERROR and i am unable to know whose missed call it was, kindly help me in this regard

Sir,
The LG W3000 GSM phone is a new product in the Nigerian market. I am proud to say that this phone is simply the best I have seen from the LG brand here in Nigeria. Kudos to the manufacturers for doing a good work.
My only concern though is that the phone does not have a secret locking feature (i.e system or device) that enables only the owner to have secret access to the phone whenever it is locked. The only noticeable locking feature of the phone can be visibly unlocked by an unwarranted user.
In the light of the above, I would appreciate if you could forward to me a known secret device of locking my phone only known to me that is not contained in the user-manual.

I was shocked when I looked at my w3000 mobile last night, after I left it on my desk for a short time, the screen was burned partly without any known cause. I do not know what to say it was given to me as a present last month, I loved its look but I am frustrated now for what happened. If u know some body can help me in replacing the mobile, please inform me.

I'm looking for a charger for the W3000 but can't find anywhere to buy one. I'm willing to import from another country. But every search link I follow leads to a site that sells other LG phone chargers but not onje specifically for the W3000. You can send me an email by removing [donotspam] from my address.
