This phone is a pretty basic 'smart phone'... battery is crap! have to charge quite frequently. also been having problems with phone freezing all the time and turning itself off.. my husband has the same phone and he is having the same problems. i have had the phone for 3 months and am already looking to replace this phone.

I am having problems loading music into my Wink. I am using the PC suite 4. There is no icon for music transfer. Do I need to reload the PC suite 4.
