Motorola Lenovo Android Rumors

It is not always easy to navigate and decipher the inner-workings of the rumor mill. Lenovo, for one, really has us in a pickle with its upcoming releases. According to leaks the Chinese OEM will unveil the Motorola Moto M on November 8.

The MediaTek MT6750 that was originally suggested to power the Moto M was later replaced by whispers of the highly-efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 625. However, a new AnTuTu listing now suggests that the smartphone will feature a MediaTek after all, but rather the MT6755, also known as the Helio P10, with a Mali-T860 GPU.

As for the rest of the specs sheet, it appears previous rumors managed to get it right. The Moto XT1662 will feature a FullHD 5.5-inch panel, likely of the LCD variety. AnTuTu reports the handset's RAM at 4GB and the storage at 32GB. However, this still leaves room for other options, like the previously suggested 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage - a scheme which would be in keeping with Motorola's typical customization approach.

In the camera department, we are looking at a 16MP main snapper and an 8MP selfie one. The Moto M will likely come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, with a more than likely upgrade path to Nougat. Considering the whole leaks mix-up, we are not exactly sure what to make of the previously-suggested 5,100 mAh battery. Hopefully, it will remain unchanged.
