very hot using in few minutes..In one bar signal 4G..
very thin in dual nano sim connector, easy to broken..if broken we must replace the machine with very expensive cost,,,...:D

nikdvr, 26 Jan 2016I had the same problem... I had the sim city game installed ant that was the reason for decrea... moreI also have Sim City installed. I guess that is the reason for the automatic decrease in volume... I'll uninstall it and see if it goes back to normal. Thank you so much!

In the specification it's stated that its a Dragontrail or glass of other japanese manufacturer. There is a lot of confusion in this case.

I have a problem, when I don't use my phone for a while the alert volume (calls, sms, social app notifs) decreases to zero and I have to manually increase it again. Not sure how this happened or how to resolve it? Please help :( It keeps happening.

AnonD-491356, 21 Jan 2016how to solve sound problm in meizu m2 noteGo to the phone dialer and type *#*#3646633#*#* and the phone will enter it's engineering mode. Then swipe to the right untill you get to hardware testing. Then select audio and then enter normal mode. Now under type select sph and under level 0 enter value 100, level 1 enter 110 etc...and after every number you enter you have to click set so the value is saved....level 6 should be 160 and do that again for sph2....after you complete you restart your phone just in case...now when you're talking to someone try and put the call sound to the max and it should be louder than it was....
