Anonymous, 13 Nov 2015how can i use google play service in meizu m2 note Chinese version??????Head over to meizufans.eu and follow the forum links on the phone to find your answer. Generally, the modified ROM shipped by the reseller puts in a non functional version of Google services and for some reason, disables all downloads regardless of source. Generally, the ROM installed by the reseller is junk. You will need to know if you have the Chinese A ROM or the international I ROM. From there, go to Meizu and download the latest 4.5.4 ROM. The flash is pretty simple. From there you can install the Google framework and Play Store apps to make it good. Once done, look to your OTA update tab and download the most recent update 4.5.4.1 and you will be good to go.

Buying this phone is a gamble, if you got the Chinese version then its not good. No play store installed. U need to installed them via their store a Google installer, the other is acceptable like no settings in drop down menu, the thing that i dont like is the speaker its not loud and not very crisp,earpiece and headphone is good tho...the camera is nice but video recording is shaky no stabilization available. No flickering or battery problem here... Gaming is pretty decent.

highly not recommended, bought it in just 2 weeks time the screen shutters, i had to returned it, that did not work because the bad after sale services.

peekay , 10 Nov 2015Yeah.. ..while playing bigger games. .CPU got heated more then 40d. That's the weird part Try setting the battery to performance mode when playing. Disable any battery saving tool.Hope this helps.

the meizu m2 note was fun and fast at first month then things starting going slower and pictures and videos starting disappearing and this is why i am reviewing this device as of current nov 9th.

I had mine yesterday as a birthday present and I must say so far so good. Some issues I have though is the 3.5 mm headphone jack which seems smaller than the usual just b'coz my Sony earphones wouldn't fit in it, any similar issues about this guys? Plus I couldn't download themes on flyme. But overall it's a great midrange smartphone for its price tag with a really beautiful fhd screen. Hope to get a reply. Thanks!
