highly not recommended, bought it in just 2 weeks time the screen shutters, i had to returned it, that did not work because the bad after sale services.

peekay , 10 Nov 2015Yeah.. ..while playing bigger games. .CPU got heated more then 40d. That's the weird part Try setting the battery to performance mode when playing. Disable any battery saving tool.Hope this helps.

the meizu m2 note was fun and fast at first month then things starting going slower and pictures and videos starting disappearing and this is why i am reviewing this device as of current nov 9th.

I had mine yesterday as a birthday present and I must say so far so good. Some issues I have though is the 3.5 mm headphone jack which seems smaller than the usual just b'coz my Sony earphones wouldn't fit in it, any similar issues about this guys? Plus I couldn't download themes on flyme. But overall it's a great midrange smartphone for its price tag with a really beautiful fhd screen. Hope to get a reply. Thanks!

Bought a Meizu M2 Note online. Ordered their 32 gig model directly from their web page, paid for it and received a reply weeks later saying that their advertised 32 gig model hadn't been released, so sorry, it was an advertising glitch. Would you care for the lesser 16 gig model or a deare one? Now what kind of glitch would place a phone as available online with the ability to purchase? I decided to forego the loss of the entire amount and accepted the 16 gig model. It has a crappy photo immage. Very fuzzy, a louse earpiece volume, and it arrived in a box without a lid, and a carry case that is a cloth pouch, and no instruction manual. Very unimpressed. Never again from a Chinese online company. Booo, Meizu.

The camera does get blurry sometime, but the pain problem with the camera would the lack of smoothness when you have a moving enviormement. It feels laggy and I wouldn't recommend it for recording fast paced events.

Camera no good, needs to be super stable while capturing photos.
Can't log in google and use goole play after updated flyme latest version, really sucks.
Phone will continue heating up itself after playing games, and u need to restart to fix it.

TL;DR- Great phone but takes a while to set up. Had to change firmware to international and network set up was sorta complicated. After that, its been an excellent phone.

After about a week of using the phone and 3 days of actually having it Connected to a 4G LTE Network (USA) I want to share my opinions as I've lurked this site for a good while.
I purchased the phone from Amazon and it took about a month and a half to get here. About an hour later after I received the phone, I turned the phone on and waited for about 5 minutes for the start up (one time thing). The home screen was flooded with Chinese bloatware. It came with only the play store wich did not work until I updated it. After the update and a phone restart, it worked like a charm.
My firmware was 4.5.2U (I THINK!! But I'm certain it ended in U) so I went ahead and updated it to 4.5.4I using an ADB method that was fairly easy to follow, even for a person who doesn't have any experience with this kind of stuff. After the update, I purchased a microSIM card from MetroPCS. What I Didn't know was that I had to manually add Metro's Son for my data to work. After that was done, its worked flawlessly.
ALSO, MetroPCS didnt work with the 2nd Sim card slot. It onlybworked with the 1st so I had to give up my SD card :/
I typed this with my M2 Note 4.5.4I
I'm going to mention some pros and cons so far.
PROS:
-Price
-Good looking phone
-Battery Lasts about a full day of a little above Average use.
-3D games look great and play smoothly.
-Camera quality is beyond great for price. (Bunch of cam features too)
-Very unique phone to have in the states.
CONS
-Can get hot.
-Audio quality Isn't great. (Dirac HD kinda helps)
-Alot of time to set up for US networks.
-Only works with ATT and T-Mobile (as far as I know) and its prepaid networks: MetroPCS and Cricket.

Phone book crashing problem is started within 2nd day of purchasing, UI not so effective, like MI.
If i get a chance to return it,i want to return.
