yes like u said, they are identical..but let see some other little things.
meizu m2 note : lenovo k3 :
- octa core 1,3 - octa core 1,7
- NO FM radio - support FM radio
- multitouch up to 5 fingers
finally,look for the camera quality on youtube. (sorry i forgot about the link). lenovo's camera looks better than meizu's camera :)

Yes, it comes installed with Google play services and Play store. You just need to install for example Gmail app etc from the Play store.
