There is no dedicated development center for Micromax anywhere in the world. Its all from a generic manufacturing company and the whatever name you want on the phone. Thats how MicroMax mobiles are coming.
Micromax is just making money by mass ordering phones from Chaina and selling phones with double the price.
Howelse, they can get and sell mobiles at this price

Hi,
I have come across a problem with A100 and Vodafone sim cards. Occasionaly, especially when 2G internet is ON, and I get / call someone, the other person gets hissing disturbance.
I want to know if anyone else has this problem?
It happens with every vodafone sim, but not airtel. Is it problem in my friend's device or general MMX A100 problem?
Hope they fix it in A110.

true....ram is 388MB in total.but ICS uses little ram and leaves more than 250MB of ram enough to play games, u expect playstation out of a mobile.....not possible....plz...then u have to spend more n go for more branded n reliable products like galaxy, xperia, lumia, optimus.....all budget fones come in same shape...u spend more u get more...simple

Hi friends I am using A100 from Past 2 months. phone is little bit slow apart from that no issue at all I use my phone for browsing ,play games read PDF magazines play movies music. Music and video clarity is very good.battery backup is good .task killer is must.phone take 4 long hours to charge full. Phone is worth for 10k.

It has only 512 mb ram ….Had it had 1 gb ram then I would say …the Perfect phone...

can anyone please tell me about sound quality of this phone?
quality of speakers?
quality with ear phones (micromax or another)
call listening sound (voice sound as comparable to another cell phones)

i have used almost 2 cell phones of micromax a60 and a75 and i have found that micromax gives-
worst camera
worst sound (speakers /earphones)
worst battery back up (carry your charger in your pocket and search for the charging point for the whole day)

watch this video and you will feel that samsung or nokia 23 mega pixcel phone can even give a better video than this.
i feel that if you are a internet freak who hates to click pictures or hates listening to songs and even if you love to show people that you have a big cell phones with top class features then you must buy it for sure !!
but..after listening about micromax a110 i still feel that i should give a last try to micromax.
so please if some one can really tell me about sound quality (with earphones/speakers) and voice call sound quality then i will be thankful,i feel micromax a110 has just improved with dual core processor and camera but i am not sure they have done improvement with the sound quality of the phone.

plz dont go for it... single core processor, 512mb in specification but 350 avilable for users, very slow after installing 15-20 apps, battey backup is very less
if u r planning to spend 10K on mobile plz go for KARBONN A21 , same price range ,1.2 ghz dual care snapdragon processor,512 mb ram, 4.0.4 nd upgradable to 4.1, 1800 mhz battery, 4.5 IPS LCD (qHD) screen , adrno 205 GPU ,better gaming performance
karbonn smart phone especially A21,A18,a11+,a9+,a7+,A1+ is better then mmx
karbonn a21 benchmark scor is 32 which is better then s. galaxy s(28),s.galaxy tab(18),motorola droid x(14.5) nd sony ericsson xperia(23.5)
