I purchased that cell phone on the first day when it was launched in the market. It was assum when I got that but after few days it was stucking between any application or games. Now it have very bad performance now days and it is in services centre due to ba performance. Really it have very bad processor.
I will never sugest to anyone to purchase that cell phone because I am very frustated with that cell phone.

hey guys can anyone help me out... i bought a canvas .. had good experience ... i left the country for some work ... and now my camera is flicering... making it very hard to use the phone.... after reading this forum i decided that its useless going to any care.... so if any of u guys can help me out it would really be awesome. cause everytime i open the camera to click a pic is just going up and down and pissing me off.... any ideas ????
I have placed a order for Battery to authorized service center. After 15 days also they are unable to deliver the battery. Very bad experience
Buying micromax canvas was one of the worst decisions ever i made in my life. Would never recommend anyone buying micromax. The service centre people dont know how to repair & they even dont know how to handle customers. Simply dissatisfied with micromax. Dont go for micromax guys
I am from maharashtra,kalyan .I have submitted my micromax canvas a100 on 4th june at the nearest micromax authorised service centre kalyan with job sheet, my phone had an issue with display flickering and had to be repaired and returned with 10 working days since than 20 days are over but there is no reply from them.there should be a limit of patience .
when ever i call service centre for mi cell they simplt tell that the part has'nt come yet.
I puchased micromax phone but now im not happy with thw after sales sevice my cellphone is still in warranty and it was told to me that as my phone is disscontinued so after 10 working days my phone will be exchanged with canvas a110.
Im handicaped without my hanset.
Hk, 22 Jun 2013i have purchase mobile A110 on 25th december 2012 The Problem was From First day... uptill n... moredude... previously i had a canvas2 with me and cell just hv a little sensor issue.... company give me a replacement for that and even in Nagpur the customer care is too good.. nw after canvas2 i bought new canvasHD and im speechless to tell hw nice it works.. yes i can compare this one with Samsung Grand.. i request u people u should try this brand once. :-)

uptill now the mobile is Repaired 7 time(4 times it has been flashed and 2 times gone for replacement one time for I.C and other time for Touch screen)
The Problem was same that Touch screen Doesn't work while in Charging...
the Anand's Micromax care Recipient says micromax mobile never work in charge n main office which is in delhi they says tjat micromax works perfectly in charging.
so Micromax member don't knw proper solution..

The dealer himself told me never purchase Micromax,micromax knws How to increase selling of mobile but doesn't know how to satisfy customer by giving good services...So never go For Micromax
in total my mobile stayed in CAre for 1 and half month for replacement.when i ask him for replacement of whole mobile.
they told me it is not possible..
uptil now all mobile Parts are replaced n my mobile is defective...
on 4th june again problem faced that volume up key doesn't work..so i go to Ankleshwar Care.on 13th june i receive message that Phone is Repaired and take back it from care.
so next day i go to care.n they told me mobile still takes 1 week for repairing.n they told me message was of receiving part to care.(Makes me Fool)
then why should they message me of collect mobile???same thing happened when i was at anand.but i receive mobile as soon as message from Company came.
so why don't it happened this time???i think they are doing misuse of my mobile.
on 19th june i again i have called to main care and they told me to go ankleshwar and collect it..
when i went they again told me repairing takes 2 weeks More....n still i m waiting

Micromax has got worst service centers and customer care centers ever,non of the executives give correct reason on technical issues,i have taken my mobile to service center 4 times,till now they are not recognised the problem in that,one says software issue and other says mothe board issue,so better not to buy any of the micromax mobiles,waste of money and time.cheap mobile company.

M using A1OO since almost 9 months, n havng probs, sd card not reading so cant download vids or pics on whatsapp......hav taken it to service cntr n evrytym dey only update software n giv it back saying all iz well, but de prob still persisting, was told once mayb change motherboard but dey wl hav 2 send it 2 gurgaon n may take a couple of months 2 rectify n get it back.......vry bad after sales service...........so pls dont buy micromax products
micromax company is one of the biggest cheater company according to my self experience.
i had A100 model of mobile which is deposited at micromax service center from last four month for repair which was under warranty period and there is no response from the company and service center.
so friends don't buy any micromax product.
I want to buy good quality of headphones and blue tooth head set for micromax A100.

I have purchased MMX A75 mobile from vadodara in may 2012. there were some problems in that phone so I went to authorised service centre at vadodara - D.S.Mobile on 5th april 2013, on 6th april service centre return my mobile without doing anything in the
mobile and these problems were as it is. on 12th april, 2013 I again went to the service centre and show the problems in the mobile they deposited the instrument and give me a job sheet no. W010384-0413-3408161 AND told me that it takes some times approx. 15 to 20 days because the touch of the mobile is not availble in our service centre so we write to company, company will send us the touch and then your mobile will repaired. O.K.
after 15-20 days I call the authorised service centre for the instrument but the only reply is " still company has not send touch of A75. today on 1st june (approx. 50 days after) I make a call to the company directly on 011-44770044 (the number given from the service centre) company launch complaint which will answer after 7 to 10 days that when I can get my repaired instrument back (still not confirm the time limit)

i hav done same with htc... it was of 25k. ...n i got two options from the court
1. beter n new model of htc dat too of higher price den my handset
2. 42000 cash claim
