Worst Phone. Poor service highly disappointed.
I purchased this last year. Getting problem with motherboard very frequently. Got replaced 2 times in guarantee period. Company takes about 45 days each time to replace same. Now guarantee finished and again same problem.
Poor performance. Very poor after sales service.
Dont recommend anyone.

never buy micromax products they are 3rd class service providers. if u want to buy buy Samsung or china made cheap mobile but pl do not buy micromax-this is heartiest request to all who are going to buy this ptoduct

It is the best phone i hv evr used as it never hangs up ........people always do complaint of phone in social networking sites but this is the phone that never makes you to do a complaint ....my only request to the company is to launch android versions for this model..... Thank u ... ..

sir i purchased the phone on jan 2015. in april there was a problem in it thn i gav it to the micromax care centre they told tht there is a prob in mother board so after a monh they gav me nd repaired it .. afetr i took tht within 15 days the problem is again the same!!! wht to do?? plz tell me

I've been using this phone, trust me its really Awesome, its hard to to believe but fact is its one of the best phones from Micromax, Almost everything is good about it just leaving 3 departments one is internal memory is just 1GB, sound is not that good and battery is below average,. But I can say this this best because it never heats up n never lags.
