Worst Customer Service ever for micromax. I have given my mobile(Micromax Canvas 2.2 A 114) one month back for the service. They said that there is a mother board problem. It's not been a year where I bought my mobile and that got some mother board problem it seems. My phone has a warranty. But this is too much. I have waited for one long month for my mobile and still they are saying that I have to wait more 15 days for my mobile. This is not fair at all.

ST, 21 Dec 2015I have been using micromax 2.2 A114 since 8 months i have been suffering with a problem of sto... moreThe problem may be due to bloated size if contacts. Check in storage tab in settings. If yes, take a backup and restore the contacts. It may solve the problem.

I am using this phone (2.2 elenza a114) since 1year and i am very happy with this phone but battery is not so good in this phone and internar memory both rom and ram are fine ....please give me advide about battery...

This is a third class model and their service centre is fourth class specially in new delhi.
I purchased it from online and i am facing lot of problem specially hang and heating issue but still not resolve.

Within one year of phone usage, I started facing big time issues with this phone! It has internal storage issue that’s why contacts, messages and overall internal phone storage gives me lot of trouble. Finally, I need to change my handset now…
If anyone wants to buy micromax phones, I would rather suggest going for some good brands within the same budget/ range and enjoy good service and quality!

I'm using this phone for about 1 year and getting a problem with downloading apps from play store. The app gets downloaded with over 1-2% remaining. Then I get a notification that it's installing. But it's taking forever to install the apps. Even apps from my storage don't get installed even waiting for a couple of hours. If someone knows the solution, please let me know. Ty
