i bought is phone 1 month ago and after some days my phone as so many problem like 1)battery drain fast in 2 hours 2) the sound of rear speaker are slow 3)battery has charge 99% and not charge 100% i ago to service center and they changed my phone and give me new peice

Battery is a issue but other then this phone is awesome...I ma using & enjoying it

i bought this phone a couple days back. to be frank i havent faced any problem with it so far.
its worth the price phone.
The only thing that annoys me is it play store. gets crashed every 30 mins after you open it while your download is still on

I had purchase this phone in Jan 14 from Flipkart after 10 days it getting sensor problem so i will replace it from flipkart 30 days return policy when new phone comes after one month it have again sensor problem i go to service center than they tell me sensor is out so your phone have changed after 25 days my phone changed the problem is still remains again goes to service center they took my phone for 10 days after 10 days battery problem for 99% not get to 100% and WIFI, IMEI problem after reset the phone every time IMEI is flashed i again took it to service center they have no solution they told me to sold it so what can i do bad micromax company and bad phones

Canvas series has this problems secondary camera the given definition is only for paper practically it works at lesser quality. Battery draining is another one, for better performance one should charge it upto 100/99 in one go and then use it. As its a smart phone several function keeps on running, to always catch network and the functions running cause the battery drain. You should always keep in mind that yes your phone is multitasking and if you leave it this mode it will sock up your battery in no time.
So points to remember:-
1-Charge your phone in off(prefer)mode or in flight mode for quick charging.
2-Always close the multiple task/apps after you have used them.
3- use cleaner s/w for removing unwanted or cache files.
4-Reboot your phone once in a Day.
Slowly but surely Micromax will also evolve.

Anonymous, 10 May 2014hiee frndzz i m rhea...frndz i m facing a prblm...while charging it charges till99% n den sto... moredude u must charge ur phone 1hr aftre it shows 99%,dat mean u hv to charge ur phone 2 to 2.15 hrs and ur battery getting drain becoz of it is not charged 100%.charge it for 2.15 hrs n den try it.

actually the the mp of the cam should be 8mp and 2mp
but for my phone it is 4mp and 4mp
is der any problem in my phone?
