When the battery is 30%, it quickly drops to 15%. I'm on Android 4.1 as well and this bug is available in Android 4.2 too. Wait for Android 4.3 update, maybe it will solve this bug.

k, 22 Nov 2013Samsung core for brand and large screen than A116 canvasSamsung core is not good because of small screen and only dual core , just 5 mp cam , and low resolution it can not support at least 720p videos also , and low ppi also, so if u look only only on brand go to the Samsung core other wise you performance and specification go to the blindly on canvas hd and canvas a117 also excellent phone just 1500 extra

GuysGuys I am using this mobile from March n last week suddenly mobiles middle part touch was nt working i took it lighilty i Avoided it mst be minor fault.So til now its not workin wat to do please tel me guys.Should i give it to service center.I am scared because it takes months for repair.....
i really thought that only sim 1 had 3G but i notice that sim 2 slot had 3G too.I get the same speed on booth slot.

It can take a week or a month to fix the issue depending on the availability of spare parts. Good luck.

sd, 19 Nov 2013I m using android 4.2.1 It could be a hardware or software problem. First, try restore to default settings in camera settings and see if your front camera works or not, if it doesn't then factory reset your phone in Backup & Reset option in settings, remember to not tick on "Erase internal memory" as it will format your internal memory. Now, after you've done resetting your phone see if your front camera works or not. If it still doesn'twwork then it's a hardware problem and can be solved by service center officials.

Cannot say when does this occur :(Let's say you have two SIM cards inserted in your MMX A116, SIM 1 is perfectly detecting network and SIM 2 isn't. First of all, activate both the SIMs, go to settings -> Select More under Data Usage -> Select Mobile networks -> 3G service -> Enable 3G on SIM 2 which would make the network mode available, now select Auto mode and then disable 3G on SIM 2. See if you are getting network or not. If not then insert another 2G SIM and check. If you're not getting network then there is a defect in the SIM 2 tray which can be fixed by service center officials.
