Nitin, 07 Jul 2014My Micromx A117 is not working properly the bottom three buttons in phone ( home, back and oth... moreYesterday samething happend with my A117. I have also removed SIM card, MicroSD, Battery. However sometime screen is response. But below 3 button are totally non responsive.
It will happen any time. So I request all A117 user that be aware about this mobile.
Also remember that service center will asked you to submit mobile. After that forget about mobile. They will not give you mobile back. You will visit service center over and over and finally left mobile. This is happen with many customer. But in India, people are just cry instead of filing FIR or complain in consumer court. Even bunch of people cry in customer care, but none of them have courage to break one single glass of service center.

Actually in India person has habit for crying, instead of doing anything. You can directly issue warrant against Micromax Chairman. Its your legal rights.

Also keep CC on your mail id. Take printout of that CC, Job Sheet Number and immediately reach to consumer court.
With that also file one FIR that Micromax is not giving back your mobile and charges of cheat and stolen on service station person.

I bought this phone 7 moths before i was like aws that i have and suddenly its got dead one day.... so i contacted service station on first two visit they made a software updated but after using it for a day or two same pblm occured so they send it to company.....its now one and half month i am waiting for the phone everytime i visit the station they are like ...ya it will be available tomarrow or today ...but still i am waiting for a perfect situation of my phone
do any one pleases help me to find where do i complain for this????.....how would i will know at what stage of repair my phone is????my last option will be to contact the consumer forum but before that any sound way may suggest????

Its not any kind of manufacturing fault.

Hi everybody never purchase a micromax phone its only a phake phone. I had purchase micromax canvas magnus a 117 which is very bad no apps running properly and attack of viruses, and camera like a vga camera which is 12mega pixel then how you purchase it. It is very bad phone never purchase micromax. Thanks

to turn off dialpad sound go to Settings > User Profiles > General (Tap on the settings icon next to it) >then take out the mark in dial pad touch tones

Hi, I am using Micromax A117 Canvas Magnus from 6 months. The main issues I am facing is storage. Though its has Internal 4GB (2.6 GB user available) whatever u download goes to phone memory which is not accessible and though the default memory is external memory card the date related to apps goes in phone memory making operations very difficult. Is anyone facing the same problem as me ? I am very frustrated coz of this.

I m facing a problem with its shortcut shutter tht we open with our thumb. Unable to open it. Whle droping it down date setting opens everytime. Pls help wht to do.

Please dont buy any micromax mobiles just seeing their high specifications for low cost. Its after sales service is very worst. I bought canvas juice A177 mobile, within 2 weeks i got display problem. After 20 days also i didnt get my mobile back. Every time they will say it will take 4 more days. If u get problem in micromax mobile then u r gone very useless service.
