Anonymous, 14 Dec 2013 when battery reaches 15% the notification led starts blinking. it is so annoying. How to stop... morelol it cant be sopped and dont worry about battery because Led's are energy efficient and can blink all day and battery will be down from 15% to 14%

Does anyone noticed , "unfortunately system ui has been stopped " when using applications like mp3 cutter , hide it pro , keep safe etc..please notice me whether my phone has problem or every phone has this same issue.thanks in advance
