I had bought the Micromax Canvas Knight A350 phone the configuration of the phone is the perfect configuration & the cost for the configuration is very less compare to any other phone in the market. I will request all the buyers to check & compare the configuration of the Micromax Canvas Knight A350 with other phones you will get the answer why I should buy micromax canvas knight A350 phone. Now many companies had launched the phones in the same configuration after Micromax. The performance of the phone is fantastic in all segment.

I am also using the phone since last 25th december. I am very Happy after purchasing and its use. Phone is very dynamic and lovely. I loved this. Please purchase if available online. No other phone is like this in given prices. Use it becuase every other company in same configuration rates goes up to 45000/-. I loved its picture and quality and watching video, picturization are always wonderful realisation to me and it is as fast as compare to other phones.

I had bought micromax canvas knight A350 in mid october.. Within 2 months the touch stopped working . When i went to micromax service center in sector 17 vashi mumbai, and ask for software update whether it could be software problem, they asked me to come in evening. In evening they said they have updated the software but touch is still not working. I asked them to show me my phone, and what i found that they had not even touched my phone because i can see my missed calls and message in notification.
Shame on such an incident.
Later they updated software when i force them to do so. Touch didn't work even after updation of software. They asked me to submit the phone to send it to company to repair touch screen within 10-15 days and said that they will call me when my phone comes back from company..
I waited for 18 days but no response from them. I called them and asked about my phone.
It was a shock for me because they had not sent my phone to company and said that they will repair it in 3-4 days maximum. If they didn't have to send my phone to company, then why do they told me so and take so much time. Now its 5 days and my phone is not been repairedby them.
Is it the service Micromax provide to their customers??
Is it the way to solve the problems of customers?
Is it the product we have paid for ??
Do we need to buy the micromax phones so that we can give it back to micromax ?
Is it so , that i have paid micromax full payment to use the phone for just two months ??
Frustated from the service, need answer or i have to go to consumer court .

Except the headset, the is very good.
There is heating priblem when gaming. I also see heating problem in sony also. With these price the phone is very good.

sri, 11 Jan 2015I wish to buy canvas knight a350 pls say true opinion its a right choice... please donot buy ,even though this phone looks very attractive for this pricing .the quality is a crap,i have bought two handsets and one got dead in 30 days when given for service center of micromax they said the mother board got corrupted and it has to be replaced and its now 25 days still waiting when ever asked this authorised service center they said it noe some level 3 issue tried callig the micromax company customer care they never answer.

A perfect phone for cost. spent a month in search of mobile at cost for price . finally bought Canvas Knight .
As we know only battery takes 2 1/2 hours to charge in full once discharged .
battery lasts for a day atleast for me.... inspite of robust use.
No doubt buy it.

Please dont buy any bloody shit micromax products. That is my personal worst experience. Bought a new mobile canvas juice a177 . the phone suddenly got switched off with more 40% charge in battery. faced this within the warranty period. Given this to Micromax service center in chennai. Almost 70 days has been completed. But still getting answer from customer care like "it will take 30 days more". Service is very very worst than the product. Dont hesitate to Spend some more money to buy nice products other than this.....
