I was planning to buy two new pieces of knight A350 for me and my wife. Now I bit apprehensive after reading the reviews from different customers. Heating, snapping of connectivity frequently, replacement and after sales poor service etc. seem to be some of the general issues encountered by customers. Do not know what to do now.

bhaskar, 10 Sep 2014i have problem with network connection, my sim card is showing roaming with 3g connection...im... moreOh come on if you are using reliance then they have tied up with aircel or if yiu are using vodafone they have tied up with airtel ect.....howz the phone related with roaming itz completely a different prospect....

sush, 08 Sep 2014I have micromax a350 but is its heating problem normalEven i am facing some heating problem when play fames and using more apps and I dont it is normal.... Even all other phones also will genearate some amount of heat when usage is more but here in canvas knight because of the glass back we can feel it more..... Am using rubber back cover bit still sm facing heating.... So anybody has updates on this heating issue...any settings to be updated?...

I hve mmx knight since 1 months but suddenly its incoming calls became mute meaning everytime I have to start the speaker sound option then only it will work ...bn for repairing ...but its already 25 days n they hve not returned my phone..
