Gyzz.. I'v read these kind of opinions about mmx canvas turbo too before buying that fon. And now i am posting this with my canvad turbo with no any issues any lags while playing heavy games. Camera performance is far far better than other high end 15 to 18k smartfones.
I did'nt use that canvas knight but i can say that canvas knight is an awsm fon. One thing we should know that. If any fon got heated up than it will strt hanging for haurs. and this problem mainly occures coz of its internal board circuits and frequency of processor. A software can handle the frequency but if there is any problem with circuits then i will heat up frequently. So one must contat to costomer care.

Phone is excellent but price is to high
same look as a iphone
but one thing is not good there is no external memory option

Yea I updated it with kitkat 4.4.2 and there is no big difference between jellybean and kitkat,system is still heating up,voice assistance is improved in kitkat,audio quality of this phone is pathetic i thought after the update the sound quality will improve but i was disappointed knowing that sound is still pathetic overall the phone is good camera quality is very good display is awesome.battery backup is very bad and heating problem is really annoying.micromax has kind of cheated by launching the 1.7 gigahertz version with same name as canvas knight where they have solved the heating issue now if they don't take this faulty model back it will be a big cheating by micromax.
