I have also bought BSNL sim and try to surfing internet.
Sometime its open, and most of the time not open.
If you want to enjoy Internet on Mobile the best option is Airtel. Its downloading speed is very good on mobile 20-25kbps, especially from night 12am to morning 9pm. Airtel is costly but has good service and you can enjoy surfing and downloading on good speed.

Hi,
Got this phone about a week back. Also have a LG Optimus P690. This phone is good for its price but drawback for me is : no 3.5mm jack as well as this phone is not a dual standby.. So, if 1 sim is on a call, the other sim is unreachable. But otherwise, this phone is worth its money...
