I am also from Nagpur but I stay in Mumbai. My house is in jawar nagar manewada rod galli no 5. where u stay I am coming there on 19th may this year

Pressing "home" key and "volume up" key together, power on the device..
Navigate with the help of volume up and down key..
Click the restore option...
Hope problem will be solved...

I have been using it for a few months and already I'm fed up! I feel like disposing it in the trash. I would recommend no one buys this piece of crap!

It has chinese cpu called mtk. It become hot aftr some time. Dont buy

though it has got may features but u will b able to use them only if they run which they dont...
camera , battery ,screeen everything is poor.....
nothing is good about the phone so dont buy it ...
