Could you please recommend the most reliable andorid phone under 10k. I will be using the phone for call, net and videos. Should be capable of downloading videos. Play flv videos. Will be using 2g till 3g rates comes down. Call recording and call black list will installed for sure. Document viewer and good video camera would be a plus. Or should I go for lumia 510.

install it and u can have upto 4gb ram
u will have root ur mobile
and class 4 or above sd card
well it shares memory from sd card
no need to download anything else
well my dad to have a52 and i had done it

I am using vidafone 3g here in rajasthan and getting spees upto 2 mbps as per that's highest speed provided by voda out here and on 2g its 40 kbps so jus choose a good service at 3g if u need speed.
