poor ram, no flash support,not multitasking, No equiliser, poor sound quality. Big screen is the only plus point.JUST LIKE CHINA PHONE.

its totaly "DABBA" phn.....i bought it 6k bt after 15 days its price 5k....same prblm m facing as other's user.....it seems tht i spend my money for bought rubbish,,,,,pls dnt go 4 bought this dabba phn.....

this handset has very problem and the company service is very poor and network problem, hanging problem, very heating, no response from service center side, so cant buy this product

do not buy this phone because of poor service and the product also very bad ,less ram no battery backup , hanging problem , display very big ,within one hour continues seeing movie display very heat problem , not good quality,

I have purchased a micromax A56 in the month of august from univercell store at Davangere,Karnataka state. Eversince I started using it, I am after the dealer for one or the other problem in the phone.There is one company authorised service point in davangere to service micromax phones.But the service person is so unresponsive that he never treats me politely, with correct informations.I have sent mail to Micromax company regarding the services getting delayed.But there is no reply to my mail. I suggest my friends not to go for such phones and always to buy BRANDED phones

The phone is of substandard value. It appears to be promising in the first few weeks, but soon the problems in the phone start popping in. A few of them being the phone repeatedly getting hung, applications closing on their own, the memory slowing down etc. The service center sux! In addition the camera is pathetic unless you are standing in broad day light. Taking a picture inside your room even with adequate lighting is not enough for an average picture using the camera of an A 56!
My personal recommendation is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

About service, what you heard is right. It is very poor, and they blame micromax for not sending spares in time. It seems that the minimum time taken for getting spares is 3 weeks.
I feel I should have bought a not- so amart phone from Nokia?Samsung. At least I could have used it!!

I am staying in Surat, Gujarat.I bought this phone in July. It started giving problems (like speaker switching off on its own)and I gave it for repairs on 7th October. Got it back on 23rd. Again the phone speaker as well as mic stopped working. Gave it for repairs on 10th Nov. Till 19th, the phone is not ready.Now I have been told that it takes minimum three weeks for getting spares.
The phone seems to be of substandard quality. The service is poor. The service personnel do not have even the basic courtesy of offering a seat to the customer while attending to him. When I enquired about the status of my phone, the service guy put the blame on the company for delayed shipment of spares. If the service centre does not have confidence in the company, how can the customers have? Anyway, my sincere advice to others is... STAY AWAY!!!

while using internet on sim 1 ....
there is no signal in sim 2....
I just hesitated by seeing this....
IF NETWORK IS GOOD LIKE AIRTEL
but the internet speed is in terms of BYTES .....

raj, 06 Oct 2012camera is worst, very poor quality,they have cheated by saying it 3mp but the quality is much ... moreMega Pixel is not the parameter of quality. It just represents the size of image.
A 1.3 megapixel camera can be much better than 5 mega pixel in terms of picture quality (Brightness, Color vividness, details etc.)
surly camera of A56 is very poor.
