I moved my pics n music files from phone storage to SD card via USB cable. But after moving it is not visible in the gallery. Should I try moving to SD card by connecting a card reader with computer ? Will it work.. Pls help me !

I have some issues regarding memory. I have 150 MB available on internal storage and the same available on phone storage and almost 10 GB available on SD card. in spite of this it says phone doesn't have sufficient memory to download any app.
please help me resolve it.

Files in the SD card is not visible in the gallery.. It is visible only if it is moved to phone storage.. How to solve this ??
