i love this phone but its battery packup is very low

using this phone for 2 months very bad battery back up, signal problem,gets automatically switched off in between calls and chatting not at all happy with it can this problem be sorted by flashing the software or something

I got this phone, and its excellent for this price. I love this phone so much. But, I want to know if it can be upgraded to Android Kitkat.

using this phone for 4 months.The only thing i liked is the camera.It takes good quality pictures.
But the phone responds very slowly and the battery sucks
