I have been using this phone for the past 6 months and it is yet to give me any trouble whatsoever. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this phone. But if you expect a 12K phone to function like a 40K phone, you really are expecting too much.
Battery lasts practically full day with average use of calling, messaging, online use and gaming. It charges to 100% from 0 to within 3-4 hours provided you are using the charger that came with the box. It doesn't charge properly with other generic chargers.
All in all, a very good phone in the price range of 10-13K.

Their service is very poor , they ignore what u want. I face Minor problem they change defective part but problem not solved. I want replacement with same handset service not communicate with company & company say u should contact to service centre
I think u shouldn't by this model or any other model of Micromax .
plz do not by this mobile...using 30mins it heats up all the part..and battery is....not working like 2900Mah...

I am most suffered person in India who suffer from Micromax. When u submit UR handset to service centre for replacement do not forget to write UR remark on job sheet . if u not give UR remark then service center may fool u. If Micromax denied for replacement this job sheet & remark of replacement will helpful for u in future.

Service centre could not solve minor problem even changing defective part . so I deicide to file a case against Micromax for selling defective handset & also compensation . u should also file a case in district consumer forum .
this phone is not good . batery problem and also charging problem because it take to 5 hours charge the batery and also hit problem and when use phone only 4 hours switch off phone
same here , this model is useless model heating and charging problem. and service centre not supported .......
jst bought micromax canvas lite 5hours back already heating up plus not charging. Soo irritated new phone and already problems started. Plz suggest how can i get it exchanged or do something. micromax Service centres are horrible . Plz advise - thankyou :)
