i got an update......on my e481....... regarding lost data of previous update.....
but whenever i tried to download and install the same,,,,,its shows an erorr
failed to update sytem update....
wtf....micromax you suckss....
after first update my google account was unable to login....and i lost all data...
they guys dun even bother about services.....
the always ask to visit their and their persons always ask you to update software and it will take 500 rs to charge.....
i mean Seriously you guys dun know about customer support.....
neva buy micromax.....worst experience i had with micromax.....

very very cheap phone and service policy is also too much cheap. nonprofessional technician repair the phone. donot buy the micromax phone.

Battery is worrest it Battery very fastely down it is very bad.... Remain is good

First.The phone battery is worst, it quickly discharges it and take a lot of time to charge.
Second. If I keep it in pocket it automatically starts functioning itself on its own, so had to put a password lock
Third. Heats up quickly.
Only good thing is that it is very slim, light and god knows how its glass is very strong as well, I mean it has been fallen over roads and still this freaking shit had no glass crack, but yeah the side panel and button build quality is so pathetic, in just 3 months the power button fell off though I managed to put it back through some help from needle. But yeah don't buy this phone. I don't buy canvas 6 as well.

Yesterday i got a small 48 mb update, a slight hope for battery improving is felt but still no upto expectations. While our last update took away move to sd card option, this update regains it👍

Upto now they didn't given promised os update for mentioned model's also i think micromax loos grip in india another 1-2year

But its strucking on some issue.. If you just shut down wait for 2 min and then restart ur phone.. It will show you exact battery percentage

Its service is worst. I've given my phone 13 days ago. But till now i didn't get my phone.
Whenever i call to customer care they always tell me only one thing i.e... From now wait for 21 days.
From one week whenever i call them they always tell from now wait for 21 days.

It's being 45 days since I buyed Micromax canvas mobile phone.... And its rear camera with 13.0 mp got damage due to small tiny dust particle's which r making it no more useful.... Don't know in 45 days already its back camera is gone... What will happen in next 45 days..... It was really not a gud choice of mine .... Never hoped that in 45 days I will need to go to service centre
