You can not change battery without screw driver. This is difference between Removable & Non (user) removable.

i have good experience with micromax canvas 5. camera quality too good. no any hanging issue like other brands.

The worst phone I ever used from 1998. While call is in progress, many other notifications are popping up and cannot disconnect the call without closing these notifications. It is Micromax E481 phone. Don't buy it.

Can anybody tell me that how to connect 2TB external hard disk through OTG cable. When I am connecting it is showing 128MB only. Kindly help me.

The most worst hardware, in this segment. purchased this phone in Nov 2015, and since than the problem started , first with volume and on off power keys and now the touch screen, Micromax calls this as premium phone which is really a joke in mobile market. Truly waste of money and no user satisfaction....
My Personal request please don't ever by any phones from Micromax brand.

use two finger at the same time to scroll the screen. and double tab to select ant options.

Don't buy this phone. I felt very bad experience on this phone. With in 5 months on off button felt down,display color varied at the right side of the phone. Then I went to micromax Service centre which is located in shanti colony anna nagar, where I felt a horrible bad experience in the Customer Service. Service executive asking 10 days to rectify display color issue. How can I be without phone for ten days. Very very bad experience I faced in the Service centre. I am feeling bad to buy this phone. Not only me, two of my friends are experience the same issue as like me. Reddy to give detective phone imei numbers.

When we Will get marshmallow update on canvas 5 its June 2016 very late,very bad experience on using Micromax phones
it also takes long time to charge.
