'm currently using this phone its good but it has problem it takes 4-5 hours to charge fully n it is not comfortable with powerbanks it gets heated a lot n the phone get heats up when u play games more than 5-10 minutes' m really unhappy with this phone

Its not getting mashmallow update til now nd on this site from a very long time its showing planned upgradeble to mashmallow plzzz tell me the date of upgrading.... Yrr lolipop is very faltu os for canvas 5 its consumed battery as well as memory plzzz upgrade into mashmallow quickly...

Sk, 19 May 2016Canvas 5 is the best phone u doesn't get marshmallow update except a1 and spark 2switch off the phone and then charge it, it'll take around 2 hrs to fully charge.

Charging problem is very serious. Do not getting charged even if there is indication in phone. With other charger....msg is connect original charger. What to do ..

Indian companies are yet to evolve and embrace quality product. If you can live with following issue with E481 go for purchase.
1) battery keep on draining, even when connected to charger and phone eventually shuts down, you can just look down helplessly. even worse the phone will not start up for long time even when charger remains connected.
2) either battery or software written for battery calibration are at fault as phone suddenly shuts off when battery levels are 15-20% without giving you ample time to recharge it. Sometimes it shuts off even when battery level is around 60% and not start up after that.
3) its charger gives lesser than power consumed by phone hence the phone battery keeps draining even in charging state. It will blow your minds and you will feel like throwing it in dustbin.
4) Poor quality of pictures even in bright sunshine. This is due to over optimization of pictures by software program. you cannot do anything but to curse your decision.
5) phone heats up vey much at camera end.
Conclusion: Do not waste your money. Go for a better brand.
People who have not purchased this phone should feel lucky.

Can some one plz tell me the solution
The problem is when i dont use interenet for 5 to 6 hours then after that i open internet it does not get start THEN again ihave to go to settings and again have to select my internet sim then internet works I DONT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. CAN any one help me plzzz

Phone is best in every matter except charger was not working after 3 months. And went to Micromax care sending other charger which doesn't supported by this device says "Charging Slowly, use original charger". Very bad service of both Micromax Care and It's Customer Care.
Fade up with micromax service.
