Anonymous, 28 Feb 2016bro u got new handset in replacement of your phone or used please reply methis is my 3rd canvas 5 so the second one which I received was a brand new handset with the battery sticker in place but after replacing the second handset, 3rd set I received is a quality checked set because battery sticker of this set seems to me that it had been placed afterward, on the top of battery top there is a quality checked sticker with a micromax sticker on.
so might be it could be a used set, I am not 100% sure

I try to charge my phone :
i put my phone for charging up to 10 hours. It was not charging more than 40 % . some times it was descharging the battery while charging.
Please reply any one ?.

please disable all the pre loaded apps of the phone,it will solve the battery issue..if your battery is draining even in idle mode..there must be an app running in background..keep checking the battery usage..if u see any app consuming battery but u r not using it..immediately force stop it. Sometimes wifi keeps running in the background which is the main reason for battery drain..just go to wifi option and disable (search even wifi is turned off) option. Most of the time just a restart solve the draining problem.
