Data transfer is also poor.... Changing the cable will solve this charging issue... More no of installed apps causing poor battery back up... So i removed unwanted or useless application... Now my canvas 5 is my bestieee

Only 2month use,but face touch,hited and all most software problems. Please micromax head office helped me.

It is completely fake set. Friends, I purchased it before 7 days and inserted the sim card. The next day, it had a problem in its mic/speaker. I contacted to distributor and refund the set. He has promised to me to provide a new set till 18 February. So, I can say, it is completely fake set.

phone da battery backup only 3-4 hours aa oo v 8 hours full charging ton baad phone's lcd is very bad it broken in 1 month plz plz dont buy this phone heating problem and aome camera problems

I have purchased it on 31dec recently,for volte bcaz I m a Jio engineer but now it is not supporting volte only 4g data is enabled volte call not supporting.I have the Jio 4g sim,can it support,
Bty is draining fast,charging time minimum 3-4 hrs for full
Not good.I have taken a mistake to purchase it

I bought this mobile Before one month .But it is not proper working it's problem is hanging and also It's touch screen not proper working. I am facing problem last one month I send Mobile to service center so many time but they are saying that it's service is available online. I allraedy raagisterd complain online but not any comformation for service Provoide time.I think it was big mistake to purchase this mobile.

I have bought this phone b4 1.5 month...it has some hardware issue...I have contacted certified service centre ..they replied that company is collecting back phones ..
Phone looks very slim...front camera is simply superb...apart from hardware issue...

Zte nubia z9 mini is better than this kind of phones. Better camera better processor better build quality. Better screen quality better battery brtter everything
