Some reviews say that it is very difficult to open the back panel using the fingernails. Do the users of this phone also face this issue or there is sufficient open spaces to slide the fingernails and open the cover??

User Interface - Typical in comparison with Samsung, Sony and HTC
Battery - worst, it took 8-10 hrs to charge and 2 hrs to discharge
