Sir I bought the mobile phone before one week ago. And I facing a big problem that this phone is taking 10-12 hours of full charge. And fall down charging about 2 or 3 hrs. Without using audio or video. I knowing that what is the problem of this phone and how can solved this problem?

total crap; after a few months the screen was completely possessed. After a while, also, the phone was constantly closing itself, just by putting it on a table; it closed. Now, nothing is working anymore. it is fully charge but nothing is happening. The red light still appears as charging, so the current is passing, but the screen is gone.

Nice phone...but my phone fails to install system update...system update data is downloading but if I give install , then it reboots and says "Failed to install system update"... Can anybody help me...
