I bought from micromax store on DIWALI at the price of 11400. Online store is costly more than 12500. camera is good and phone is smooth. I found network is not good. Also call qualty is not best as it should be.

billa, 18 Nov 2015superb phone .... excellent display. . no lags.. battery backup upto 2 days with normal usage.... moreMicromax Canvas 5 is just a brilliant phone but i would be even better if this phone would have got snapdragon 810 and finger print sensor as well as laser autofocus but overall this phone is excellent go for it but you will get at less price in physical store rather going for online to purchase this phone i think they have increased the price but on the box of this phone the price written is Rs 14500 but micromax launched this phone for 12K so the online store should not increase their selling price they should prefer launch price for selling this phone

Brought this phone on 15th November and used it for 3 days....this phone is so good in multi application using, battery backup is so good last for long, Camera quality is also excellent overall this phone is excellent. If you are looking to buy new phone then you should go for Canvas 5

Bought it yesterday for RS.11500 From Micromax world(after 4 years i bought a phone from physical store) as it is available online for higher price. Looks great to me till now.
PROS
multiple apps ran smoothly
build quality is good ,metal frame gives a superior feel
Great looks
Front flash!! going to rock the selfie lovers world.
CONS
Rear Camera quality for 13 MP is a bit underwhelming.Expected more.(Have tested only indoors at night yet)
As others have said too,the charging is slow.I dont know why.
At under 12k ,its a steal!!
