I hve buy this phne 7 months ago and used it upto extents of its limit ,there are some prblms that i had faced wth ths phne the capacitive touch of phne is vry bad during charging time it is vry difficult to type or scroll as touch does not resond easily .Another major prblms are that most of the time system ui got hanged and u need to restart the phne , after every call of more then 5 min.when i finish my call, the proximity sensor of phne got hanged and the screen doesnt shows any response because of which i have to wait for atleast 5 to 10 min.. The battery back up of phne is superb as after full charging i can continuously use it for more than 12 hours and its speakers are just awesome .
But believe me frnds never buy this phne even after some of its merits the phne us just a brick if u r a phne lover then never buy this set as it hanges almost ones a day plz plz plz never ever buy this phne

Well most of the people are shouting this phone got hang, heat, damage & memory issue.. First of all listen to me very carefully, I had Samsung galaxy ace nxt, poor battery & worst RAM ever. What I needed a good battery life phone but my budget was low. Because I already have Lumia 730 & its just works fine until now. So one night I checked the net & went to shop to buy Juice 2, bcz of 4000 mAh battery & low price, But they offered me this beautiful device.. I never faced hang issue, never faces heat, battery problem neither memory. Look dear fellows if you keep your device clean & use it with care Micromax can beat Samsung.. It has 5 inch 294 dpi display, I watched 146 movies on battery ( 2 daily). I watched online cricket match, I played lots of games & even I chatted on messenger, WhatsApp, Voip calls over Google hangout.. The only thing I faced that its expandable memory 32gb ( though enough) & doesn't have 4g (well my airtel 3g is better than 4g).. It gives you 2gb RAM (even now some laptops comes with that), 8 gb internal but usability is 4gb.. Enough to store your essential apps & if you clean regular junk files with clean master.. I beat my friends Asus Zenfone with battery backup.. You know what? I only bought this to chat & call but after buying I am doing everything.. My mother is using Xperia & that hang often bcz she doesn't have idea about phone hardware or maintain the software.. Don't judge on brand, it's electronics, its about maintenance & luck..

there is problem with network browsing ,calling,internal storage show below 4gb but its show 8 gb...very poor experience

Very bad experience with this mobile. With in 10 days touch screen stop working. After paying 3000 touch screen repairs. But With in 15 days its battery damaged and loud speeker also damaged. So friend plz don't think to buy it.

i am chuni from manali i buy microwmax juice 3 (q392) one month before but this company phone after two days hang up .I sent two time service center kullu nag comnucation. but now same problem i request all over indian people never buy microw max phone.the compnay no exchang or no replace the hand set in warenty period
