I bought canvas knight 2 two days ago.As I am using mobile data in this phone battery drains to 0 from 95-96 % withing 2 hours. And phone heats up like the way tht i could not even hold the phone properly. Does anyone also facing such problem? And how to resolve this??

Bought this phone on the day of launch, BAD product. Heats up real quick, battery is horrible and takes forever to recharge. Biggest issue I'm facing now is - I dial a no. it shows dialing and in a blink it goes back to the contacts list. So I've to try dialing the no. at least two to three times to make a call. Else it will just come back to the dialed list without making the call.
WASTE OF MONEY, Don't buy this phone - period.

Micromax is the shittiest n crapiest mobile company in this world. I bought thus phone some 3 months ago. I had many problems with this phone. Micromax says it is a premium handset n we give doors service. From past 3 months i m calling to micrimax service dept n they r just bluffing around. I can't go to authorised service center also. They say this phone service will be done directly from company. No one has turned up till date.I have just thrown it away n bought a new phone now. With my experience I strongly recommend not to buy thus phone.. shame on u Micromax.
I think that there is no competeter of this phone in the whole world in this range ....
I just bought the device 2 days back ..the device is just more than expected..gave an awesome battery back up for whole days watched movies and listen music contnoulsy..device is not heating at all...is smooth have great feeling for future of this product..i recommned every one ..bought it for 15000rs

I bought this phone 2 months back.
From very begning it was having problem of overheating and now it is not getting switched on(not booting up)
The after sale service of micromax is the poorest service I have ever encountered in my life. The service centre picking calls but they don't have information of my request.
They have crossed every deadline provided by micromax itself.
So I will suggest never ever go for this phone.
I am still waiting for getting my phone repaired and fixed up.

Cz I have received many negative comments about this service but what a... moreBasing on phone quality, it is at par with other well known brands (for this model only) customer service wise, bad feedback especially aftersales... those people complaining about their phone's quality are people who doesnt know how to take care of their device and depends on the warranty alone. we cannot avoid bumping on lemon devices but you will probably know that your device is faulty on the first time you got it that's why you have to test it prior to you owning it.
