i buy mircromax E455 4g on month of feb 16 and problems starts in a month on purchase of the phone i gave phone for service centre at deventerprise ,vastrapur ahmedabad 2 times for no network on mobile till date i am waiting for their reply but no message given to me???
so don't buy this type of phone ????
my micromax android canvas phone has a problem. I couldn't select the preferred network mode.It shows 'Unfortunately, the process com.android. phone has stopped.' If choosing preferred network automatically it can't connect. Network error is the problem. The range of any network couldn't reach with all sim which all I used with my mobile.The details of my hand set are, Android version : 5.0.2 , Build number: MMX-E455-SW-V16-HW-V.10_25082015 ,model number : Micromax E455. I tried myself to solve the issue by stopping the automobile date and time ..And in application manager, wiped and the cache of phone and simtoolkit.rebooted after every action. And wiped cache partition in the main menu and rebooted. And at last backup and factory reset done.but still the problem continuing. Kindly help me to save my phone from this problem.

Am also using this model. Pls follow below steps to resolve data connectivity problem.
1) Go to phone settings
2)select data usage option
3)here use to on /off network data.
Don't use shortcut option to enable /disable options.
This way to avoid connectivity issue.

Very poor quality whole body temperature is very hot battery performance and charging time also poor.
i buy this phone on 10july 2016 and this time its in the service center delhi for repairing . this phone is not good .please dont buy this mobile phone micromax canvas nitro 4g E455

I purchased this phone 5 days ago and this phone showed Mic Proble. The Idiot shopkeeper didn't take any resonsibility. The service centre also showed no response. Micromax is the worst phone company ever and has the worst service. DON'T BUY IT.
Never ever buy a micromax product.....worst ever customer care services. I bought an E455 in the month of october 2015 and it has been in service for almost 2.5 months in this due course of time. Investing on micromax is a waste of both money and time....VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE..............
don't buy this item have also the same problem of connectivity. friends don't but any phones from micromax company because it became a worst company

Just go to sim card manager
If u r using data from 1st sim card
Then diasble sim 2 and re-enable it
Now ur problem will be solved
realy this is the worst phone i hv ever used.cellular network problm within 5 Month of puchase.since then i am facing a lots of problms like auto deleting contacts,auto tuning airplane mode which means no network.gave in the service centre for same issue two times and asked for replacement bt no one gave the rite resolution..still in guarantee period.i think i will do consumer court now??
