I have been facing problems with outgoing calls. I am not able to make any call as it is not obeying the call command. Nothing wrong with the screen. Plz help

Jio Sim will work in any sim. you need following steps to do
1) You put Jio sim in any SIM slot, but make sure to set it to 4G/3G/2Gmode from this path --> Setting>More>Mobile networks>Preferred network type> set to 4G/3G/2G
2) You need to set APN also,in most of the cases for Jio SIM from following path
--> Setting>More>Mobile networks>Access point names> click on +sign then add APN
Name: Jio , APN: Jionet. save the setting.
Note: At some locations ,Jio network may not be available, so it is not the your mobile issue. Try at different location to do above given setting and try your luck ,bye
