my canvas spark q380 is not supporting 3G in any of the sim.slot ! Neither in.the WCDMA nor in the GSM one!! Is there any settings problem related or smethng else???

one of the worst phone this is.moreover response to a problem is very poor such that when we submitted to customer care they will take min 40 days time to resolve that to many times calling and afer all they replaced with worst phone which is not receiving signal.very worst service on the earth is micromax

3months have gone after its purchase,my phone hangs and even its steel body has got four cracks on it at corners,and yesterday only my earphone stopped working in the warranty period . can anyone help me what to do
I suggest donnt buy it coz it's cheap but quality wise not good

I have purchansed Micromax q 380 after 5-6months It has tounch pad problem I go to service center thay solve in Rs 850/- but after 2-3 days battey dying probem is indicating service centre said It's motherboar problem and It will solve if you spend MORE Rs.2450/-for It . It means thatn the phone cost is 49999(phone when buy)+850/-+2450/- +=8299/- after this phone has battery problem will be arise. It mean this product is very bogus. don't buy this micromax product buy only branded phone. please......

But when i talk to customer care he suggest me to give the handset to service center .Then i gave my set to service center .HE TOLD me that it is software problem .Free of cost he solve my problem .

Hi this is pk I have bought this phone before a month. There are a problem and that is, when I press home menu botton the phone will hange and without rebot it's not working. And also when I reset yhe phone on factory version it's become perfect. Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

On your camera there are n option on rivht side when u 5ouch there u have seen more options n chose one

I have bought this mobile nearly one year happen(ten months)still it working probably and very nice piece.it doesn't comes problem at all if some one not know how to use the front camera and he tell the negative talk but I telling you again it is the best mobiel in lo cost high features love this mobile mostly I bought four mobiles for me and my friends
