Iam facing problem screen showing black some time not visible anything phone is on mode but not showing anything even we don't switch off in inside mentioned batter not removable no warrant once remove ,after along time 2 to 3 hours back it i will back to normally showing screen visible..can please tell me how to resolve any software need update currently andriod lollipop..very bad experience...

dear team.
Please help
I am unable to find or do the guest mode in mobile.
In settings, if we search the USER it is there but unable to do or find any action.
Even try to tap on the AVATAR on the top right side but unable to fine the guest or user mode.
Please help

Experience is very bad. Screen goes black after few days. The phone is on and ringing but screen is black. I reset it to factory mode, all the data erased but phone starts working fine. After 15 days, the screen goes black again. It's very frustrating.

Hi, Guys,
i am using this mobile phone since last 1 month & it is working fine all the features are very good except the SD card. Apps doesn't move in SD card. i have inserted 16 GB M card but not use full.
Can somebody tell me how to save gallry data in the SD card.
