when i headphones on for music my handset speaker also on automatically... Micromax p690 tab 15 days ago purchases...
how to solve this problem plz help me...i really disappointed....

I have purchased new tab p690 after using 2 days the screen was broke . i gave the tab to service center , they told this is not under warranty and Appx price for repairing is 1105 Rs and time for repairing is 15 days they told . I said ok do the job. since from 25 days they have not called , if i called they are saying still parts are not came it takes some more days ,even i complied in customer care also , but there is no use no proper answar,
So, please don't buy this product

cd, 22 Jun 2015dont buy mobiles from snapdeal or flipkart.they provides only duplicate things. be aware of them. This is not true they provide min 10 n max30 replacement guarantee this thing never gonna happen on local mobile shops .Even I do shopping online from Flipkart I ordered Samsung galaxy S 3 neo with that first mobile I didn't satisfied then I made a replacement they send me other one n take the first one back .So guys Pls don't confuse customers by having ur bad experiences...

I have purchased this Tab 1 month ago, 2 days back when it is using suddenly automatically display off. I was under impression the battery down, but two days I recharged the bettery, till now the display is not able switch on.. Micromax customer service will give any solution, why this is happend now.

Battery Back up Very Low, Phone Disconnect after 2 minute. Many time visit Service Centre not attending making excuse ( Visit again). Many Times Mail to customer Care but no one reply. Very much Fedup from this TAB

Last week i had brought its worst tab I have wasted my money on buying this within one hour battery drains and it takes too much time for charging and the touch start hanging on the third day.please don't waste your money on such products

I have jst bought this tab last week and trust me it sucks. Total money down the drain. Battery takes hours to charge and drains out very quickly. Touch is even worse and the tab hangs a lot. I would suggest not to waste your money on this product. I have bought a 32GB SD card extra as the day has very little internal memory.

Dear Friends it is true that it has 3.9 GB of useable space but it is having 8 GB ROM and the remaining is 4 GB goes for the processing speed. It is a common phenomenon in a rich brand like Samsung or Sony. It is also visible in Computer RAM. So please don't think that it is having only 4 GB of ROM.

May be the Micromax company can increase the specs like battery, RAM and a rear camera flash with the slight increase in price.
