Im using turbo since 4 months n im nt getting any problm...bt it hs 2 disadvantaes one is to remove simcard n another one is card slot nt available otherwise its a lovly smartphn...

Hi Guys, even i have the problem with camera. I followed these 2 steps & seems to be working atleast from last 4-5 days.
1. Whenever you install / uninstall an app, restart the mobile (Microsoft Tradition :))
2. This was told by salesman in Univercell. Since this mobile has concealed battery, better to recharge after it is below 50 % and avoid recharging daily or atleast when not required.

i purchased Turbo in december & my Phone is hang after every 1 hour,
Camera is not working some times you need to reboot ur device atlest 15 to 20 times ina day .
& prcessor does not support high end Games & apps
so dont ever buy TURBO,
its waste of Money

photography in sunlight is nice.
Front cam if far better than rear 13mp camera.
.....
First i loved d phone by looking at its dispay,ram, design, n performance...
Camera sometimes is not responding....
I need to reboot twice in a day.
Very depressed by that problem

guys go to service centre and upgrade ur softawre. it will help to phone to work smoothly. alll lagging problem will get solved.

Yesterday my canvas turbo started giving camera problem. Its getting hang. Even restart does not resolving the issue.
Then I finally recalled what apps I have installed few days back. And it was skype. So, I restarted my phone in safe mode and remove the skype app. And after that phone's camera is working fine. Not a single instance of camera hang. Skype was the culprit of all this camera mess.

Even I'm having the same problem. What's the point of the 13 Megapixel camera when it is not working? Even my Gallery hangs. Looks like I'll need to replace my phone.

I also have the same problem once you got the solution pls let me know.
when i start to use the micro max turbo i am facing many problems like camera hang up, gallery not reasonable. I can make video chat, some time i have problem with viber / whatapps while chating. when i reboot at that time is ok, when i connect with usb cable my camera and gallery stop working. Many time i can share my data's with usb to my laptop. Mobile doesn't support. I don't what to do, can any one know how to solve this problem, pls let me know by email bamle1983@gmail.com
