as i recived my m.turbo after few hour only its shutting down.i thought that battery is low thats why! its getting down.but after recharging again i got the same problem custmer care told for reboot option.i have donethat also but the problem was the same.

I bought canvas turbo on 11 dec it was working very smothly but yesterday it got hanged. Its screen goes black calls were coming msgs were coming but the display wasn't working

I'm great fan of MicroMax mobile and now I'm Quite disappointed with the canvas turbo features not that it have a great processor but it doesn’t give you external storage. I’m ok with the battery its useful if you don’t remove the batter. Even high cells come with the same tech. However; only because of the External SD I’m worried. I want to buy this phone at any cost if it comes with the storage capability. Trust me 12GB nowhere you can take. I carry at least 10Gb of data with me and I expect phone should give storage expansion of 32 or 64Gb. I’m really looking forward to get this sorted out soon. If its done I would defiantly buy without a second opinion. Pass on the feedbacks hope this reach to the concern dept.

magnus is far better dan turbo same features in magnus in affordable price .. only for internal memory 5k is nt worth

Two days before I bought MMX turbo. All features were working fine till yesterday afternoon.Suddely the camera has started to give he trouble "Failed to open Camera". Sometimes its working fine. Not sure whic is causing for this error.
You also can check it out.
Just activate facial unlock. then open your mobile camera. Immediately you lock your keypad. Then try to unlock the keypad. Now the camera should get opened for facial unlock. But it's failing. Try to do everything one by one. Just give only one or two seconds between your actions.

Micromax Magnus is far better than Turbo...it has removable battery and Sd card slot & apps can be moved..M using Magnus its awesummm from last 2 weeks...Go For It....!!!!!

Those who are having problem with canvas turbo.. They actually doesnt know how to operate the phone.. My turbo is working extremely fantastic..
