Then the option u can see Move to SD card. Just touch the option and do it. For which app the options is not coming u cant move those Apps. One more thing just change the settings default write disk SD card. So when ever u are going to download any apps or game or video or any thing that will be directly save to ur memory card. Go settings> storage> then u can see the option default write disk option, where u have to select External SD card.

I did the same as u told and gt the issue. That issue wll resolve with the L updation. Just have patient. That means not the mobile is faulty. U jst chk fr high end mobiles also, thn U can confirm. Thy also have some miner issues and after the latest software updation those issues are resolving. So dnt think this is a wrost product. This mobile is best for this price tag.
