3rd Class Brand Micromax & 3rd Class Service Center. I bought this phone before 7 months and it's touch screen & mother board was not working. I go service center in NIT Faridabad (Simran Communication) for repairing but after 3 weeks they were giving me broken phone and when I asked about the brokerage and they blame on me and they said that they will give me phone after 10 days extra. I was very upset and will never purchase Micromax Brand any product. You too friends.

Very low and cheap quality phone. Very weak internal parts sim tray broken within a week. Very poor battery backup. Low quality camera.
