i want to know whether we can make the call from this tablet same as we do from mobile using CDMA or GSM sim.
if not then pls tell me any other micromax tablet model which allow us to use either GSM or CDMA sim to make phone calls

i bought the micromax funbook on August 23, 2012 in Assam. And believe me, its a superb tablet. Its my first android device and i love it. Even my friend who has iPad 3 is jealous of me because my 6500 rupees tablet can give me more facilities than his ultra costly iPad. I am not experiencing any issue...maybe the funbooks manufactured after July don't have this issue (mine was delivered in July 2012). It has a fast processor and dual mali-400 GPU which makes games run smoothly. Battery is quite ok...but drenches quickly while browsing via wifi (5 hours). There are some problems related to ICS (android 4.0.3)....everyone who is using ICS are experiencing many problems. I hope google rectifies those issues in Jelly Bean (Android 4.1). I am waiting for a Jelly Bean upgrade. You can even use a pen drive, a mouse, keyboard or a 3G dongle in your funbook using the USB connector :D most of my friends have started buying this tablet after seeing mine :D hats off to micromax for making such an amazing product.

micromax is a cheater company... only thru cheating its operating in the indian market.. people shouldnt go for any micromax product...i got a hcl me u1 afta selling off the fun book... i donno why i didnt buy the u1 tab instead.. so guys if u have a 1000 bucks more then go for u1... it comes loaded wid lots of apps n offers...

guys never ever go for micromax... i donno why people cant go for hcl me u1... don keep on reading reviews... go for hcl... m using it n its awesome... it supports almost all dongles... m using aircel, beetel, m blaze 3g dongles.. no hang pblm, no software pblm... battery back up rocks... go for it.. u gonna be happy..companies like micromax should not be encouraged.. they know very nicely how to cheat indian customers

guys guys listen to me... sell yr funbook off and go for hcl me u1... i did the same and this hcl tab of mine rocks... its superb... u can download lotta hd games from g play... and also u can download from hcl slide me apps... go for it guys

DO NOT BUY THIS WORST PRODUCT shameless people refuse to listen to ur complain i have bought it three mths back and thrice it has been to service station battery horrible change but same software horrible same hanging of no use made in china call made in india they have taken me 4 a ride regret R.P.I.

This is a waste of money. works only with Tata photon also just after using it for two months it got a problem and now it is in repair since last 50days. After sales service is also pathatic. Please dont buy...

1.soo... morewe all are cheated from micromax
through it in dust been which is the right place for it. a cheap Chinese product marked made in india
soon the tab will dead.then spare your a lot of time to travel to their service center...

this is worst product i use in my whole life.only two weeks before i purchased it after reading the review on this site.now its get switched off again and again now it is dead...the end.
worst battery life...plz not go to @low price@ lost money to buy it..iball is much better...otherwise as you like...
