I wanted buy micromax fun book but after hearing opinion of users iam feeling bad . Micromax is not named for quality product which runs large space of time .

funbook is good .. it shuts down when batt is still 50%. service centre said its charger prob.. may be .. its cheap kind of charger .. made in china..

I bought Micromax Funbook a month ago. It has been good. The Android ICS is great. It works well. It is very portable. The size is perfect for carrying around.
Here are some problems:
1. The RAM is low. 512MB is good enough for applications. But sometime if you are using an application that runs in the background, like messenger, then it will make the device slow.
2. While charging, the input misbehaves. It is hard to type right while charging.
3. Recently the Funbook turns off automatically even if it is charged (30-50%). I had to put it back on charging to turn it on.
I don't use the tablet a lot so it is fine for me. Also, at nearly $100 this is a great device. But, I would like to get the battery problem fixed.
Do I recommend this device? - Well at Rs. 6000, I would say this is a great device. You cannot buy anything at this cost that is as good as this one. But, if money is not a problem then try to go for other high end device like from ASUS or Google Nexus.

bobby, 26 Jul 2012can i buy this or not i am confusied friends give me yr suggestionssame problem what a shit thing.. it's not a tab....it's like a touch mp4player..whenevr i tried to conect reliance 3g..sd card has damaged...i got it, then disconnect..i hd nver experiance shuch a shit problem in my phones i've hd...don't buy...u'll be regret...remember..

Cheap and poor electron... moresome body's says that shadow gun and asphalt 6 games work well but my micromax fun book does not supported these games..... i dont know y this.... when charge go to 30% it will automatically shutdown...... pls give me idea to solve this problem...

hi guys i also buy this funbook in july 12 .wheni insert data card in this its work and after a few mintus it got shut down automatcally when i go for charge it .it show their is still battery back up.

Please dont buy micromax funbook. such bad experience i have. Cheap and poor electronic spears used, i brought 12th Jun 2012 with in 5 days stop working and went to service centre and they took 8 days to repair again in 2 days its stopped working . I went to service centre now its almost 20 days now progress on my job sheet moreover, i contacted micromax helpline they didnt responded properly.Almost 90% funbook having mother board issue. I have wasted Rs.7000.so friend dont think of buying micromax funbook.

I went service centre they took 8 days to repair and again same issue with in 5 days. i went to service centre again now they said mother board problem. I called micromax helpline they are responding properly for last 20 days. Please dont ever think of micromax funbook your hard earned money will be wasted. buy a good product instead.
